Our team

Dinika is a native Californian and a proud graduate of UC Davis (Go Aggies!) with a BA in political science and economics. She comes to Pivot with diverse experience in grassroots organizing, data analysis, and implementing DEIJ initiatives for nonprofits in the political field. Dinika has a keen understanding of data and quality control – often finding herself immersed in data and analysis. As a direct mail consultant, she jumps into every task with gusto, and has become well-acquainted with the ins-and-outs of social pressure to motivate voters, experiment-informed mail programs, and all things USPS Informed Delivery.
