Ideal candidates have strong interests in campaigns and progressive politics.

Two years of relevant political campaign experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting Partner(s) in coordinating advertising campaigns for agency client
  • First draft of memos and mail plans
  • Submission and tracking of edits
  • Research projects and memos

Studio Manager

The Pivot Group seeks a Studio Manager in our Washington, DC office for 2016 election cycle. This is an on-site contracted position from July 7-November 8th, 2016.

As a liaison between the Client Services, Creative, and Production teams, the Studio Manager coordinates multiple projects from conception through completion. The Studio Manager communicates project requirements and deadlines, collects any supporting materials, ensures that projects move through the firm in a timely manner and communicates any obstacles to the responsible parties.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate job status information to all team members
  • Promote smooth workflow and communication between departments
  • Create and manage timelines for all projects (direct mail, print, outdoor)
  • Ensure workflow progresses efficiently and projects/staff are juggled as priorities shift
  • Communicate changes directly to creative management and designers
  • Maintain job database

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience as a Studio Manager in an agency setting
